Start off took my 2023 Road Glide Special to badlands Harley to see what was going on. They said the clutch was to tight.... they loosened it im assuming.... told me good to go..... loaded in my truck and went to Red Deer for the parade.. get there go for a rip and it was riding better but still had an issue... was upset for sure so took it to Gasoline Alley Harley-Davidson the next morning... Justin Mckinnon was the lucky one to deal with me. He took it for a ride took him 2 min and could tell something was sure wrong. Put the bike in the shop noticed right away the clutch was way to tight. Pulled the clutch plate off and found that they clutch was burned. Without hesitating replaced the clutch pack and adjusted the clutch and made it right bike is running like a dream again... I will hands down take my bike for all service work back to him. Good guys to deal with. They made sure to find the problem and fix the problem before letting the bike go.
