I rode into Gasoline Alley on a Saturday and my bike was taken in right away to have a clutch issue serviced. I was offered a loaner bike to go grab so lunch. Unfortunately another issue was discover by the service tech and my bike was down for a few weeks. Jann tried everything to get me a loaner bike but it was just short notice on a Saturday evening. I was then escorted everywhere in town by Baily to get a rental car and she didnt give up until I was set up and on my way. The customer service was so great and made me feel like I was the most important person in there shop that day but really I was a nuisance with a broken bike on a rainy Saturday afternoon.
