My bike was picked up Friday, and although I was told I would have my back in 5 days, it was ready the very next day. The attention to transporting my bike safely was great, and the techs patience when explaining over the phone what was needed was amazing. Further to this, he happened to be outside when I went to leave the shop and offered me some additional advice about the bike!
